Generous Time Off
To ensure Boxers can 10x both inside and outside of work, we offer 26 standard days of Paid Time Off (PTO) including birthdays, a holiday allowance cash bonus, and a few Box-wide company days off so Boxers can recharge when they need it. Plus, three days every year for Volunteer Time Off (VTO). We also reward you with a sabbatical after seven years of continuous service to spend time on what matters most, you!

Modern Office
Our state-of-the-art office is located in Varso Tower in Central Warsaw. It features wellness rooms, multiple meeting rooms and booths, a music room with instruments, a space filled with games where we organize contests and internal championships, as well as an events space for gatherings such as happy hours, Halloween parties, or Monday breakfasts to kick off the week.
