The Product Management team is in charge of the vision and execution of Box products by building a feasible roadmap and strategy of delivery for new functionalities — and then implementing them in a lean and agile way. In other words, Box PMs power the entire content journey through a single platform.
Apps and Collaboration
The Apps and Collaboration organization is behind the vision, roadmap, design, and delivery of our leading end-user experiences. In charge of our desktop, mobile, and web-facing applications, the team singlehandedly shapes Box’s growth by delivering seamless content workflows for our customers’ day-to-day.
Core and Cloud Platform
The Core and Cloud Platform team take care of what isn’t visible to the user, but what is crucial to keep Box ticking. Box’s explosive growth is driven by our ability to develop products and features quickly —and Core & Cloud Platform are at the foundation of content management and collaboration.
Platform Integrations
The Platform Integrations lead the charge behind our Developer Platform, enabling a thriving ecosystem of custom integrations. They co-develop experiences with strategic partners, shape joint product solutions, blow customers’ minds, and set the vision for seamless interoperability.
Product Design
The Product Design team works closely with product managers and engineers to take the complexity out of our customers’ daily lives through impactful and delightful experiences. Product Operations and Analytics
The Product Operations & Analytics enables efficient and scalable development of best-in-class products. They own the strategy, analytics, and execution across various product programs, including go-to-market workstreams and strategic initiatives.
Security and Identity, Compliance, and Enterprise (SEIC)
The SEIC (Security, Encryption, Identity, and Compliance) is pivotal to the company’s growth, focusing on leading crucial add-on products which safeguard our customers. Within SEIC, you’ll have part in shaping the future of the Content Cloud’s content security and compliance.
Meet our Boxers
I began my career at Box on the Compliance team, where I worked on security certifications. Later, I transferred internally to Product Management. The product teams build and create products and features that delight customers to help power how the world works together. As a Product Manager, my primary goal is to build with the customer in mind, ensuring functionality and security. I have learned so much over the last 4+ years at Box and counting! I appreciate company culture, community, and Boxers I have had the chance to work with everyday.
The product manager career at Box is special because it requires a unique combination of skills and abilities, including cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, customer focus, continuous learning, and impactful work. This makes the role challenging and rewarding, and offer opportunities for growth and career advancement.
