The Sales Development and Outbound Business Representatives help set our Sales team up for success by building new relationships that help win clients. Through research, outreach, and product knowledge, they are the catalyst for new conversations that help us understand and solve business needs.
The Renewals team partners across Sales, Customers Success, Operations, Finance, and Legal to drive the renewal process for existing customers. The Renewals team informs account renewal strategy, guide customers through the renewal process, and help us retain clients as we continue to transform the Content Cloud.
The Partner sales team drives global innovation by forging world-class partnerships and delivering the Content Cloud with organizations worldwide. Our technology partners provide app integrations for a seamless workspace within Box, while our service partners address advanced content management challenges and system integration.
Solution Engineers are key collaborators in helping our Sales teams convey the value of Box to clients. Through consultative and technical product knowledge, they show our customers what Box will help them accomplish.
The Go-To-Market Operations team is comprised of a variety of talents focused on helping our Sales teams drive business forward. From Strategy Program Managers and Analysts to Event Marketing, this is the team that helps all other Sales teams perfect and achieve their goals.
