Boxer Growth and Experience (aka BGET) creates world-class learning and development programs, delivers impactful internal communications that drive our culture and performance, and brings to life our employment brand internally and externally.
Communities and Impact
Communities and Impact focuses on building community and making a positive difference in the world. All Boxers are invited to join in the fun of bringing community goodness to life at Box. Through Box.org we focus on the themes of child welfare, crisis response, and the environment.

They serve as the backbone of the People processes across the employee lifecycle (from hire and beyond) and provide critical expertise across partner teams.
People Partners
People partners attract, develop, and retain world-class talent by fostering an environment that keeps Boxers engaged, productive and thriving. They are hands-on business partners that help us scale the business and our innovative culture.
Talent Acquisition
The talent acquisition team hires incredibly smart and talented humans that make Box a truly special place to work. Their goal is not simply to fill jobs, it is to be trusted advisors to every part of the business that they support, while making each candidate feel supported and special throughout the hiring process.
Total Rewards
Total rewards designs best-in-class employee rewards and benefits programs that ensure competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits. They are crucial to attracting and retaining talent - and contributing to our overall success and employee satisfaction.
