In Chicago, we continue to build a community of Boxers who help drive new ideas and innovate on products that impact the future of work. Inspired by Chicago’s art deco style and street art, our office features rich colors and materials, phone booths that reflect the “L” train line, and a speakeasy style meeting room!
The Chicago Box office is an incredible place to work. Every private workspace and co-working space is clean, functional, and state of the art. The design team did a great job putting such a cool Chicago design twist to it. Above all, the Chicago Box team are all kind, smart, and welcoming.
I am the Chicago / Central US's Chief Fun Officer (CFO). I've always had a strong passion for building community, championing cultures I believe in, and bringing people together to create memorable experiences ... that is exactly what CFOs at Box do!! I have actively worked to build a strong community in this new office by engaging other Boxers on my Thrive Committee, planning social happy hours, organizing philanthropic events with box.org leads, creating hybrid events for non-Chicago employees (i.e. monthly career conversation leader series), and running new employee community onboarding for every new hire!
