Step 1: Application reviewOnce an application is submitted to a specific role(s), it will be reviewed by a team member at Box and someone will reach out for next steps.
Step 2: AssessmentsSome roles at Box require additional assessment, such as videos, writing samples, or coding challenges. This will vary by role and team.
Step 3: Phone InterviewsThis is your chance to speak to a recruiter and hiring manager about your experiences! Learn more about the role and find out if it's a good match for you.
Step 4: Interview - meet the teamEither virtually or in-person, this is the time to meet the rest of the team in a set of interviews that are both behavioral and/or technical in nature.
Step 5: Get ready! Congratulations! At this stage, you've decided to join Box and are ready to take the next step in your career. Get some rest, get fired up, and get ready for your first day.

Hiring virtually
In the last several years, the world has had to adapt and for Box, this starts with how we look after our Boxers. From early March 2020, Box has been operating fully remote work from anywhere. Box will continue to be a more flexible, hybrid work environment as we return to the office now in 2022.
Virtual interviewing
Since March, Box has been operating fully virtual hiring and on-boarding due to COVID-19. From London, Warsaw, Tokyo, to San Francisco, Box has hired and onboarded hundreds of colleagues across the global in a fully remote setting since 2020.

It can sometimes feel awkward talking about yourself, however, we want to hear all about you! When we say, "bring your (___) self" to the interview, we really mean it.
